ThePackagingTree.com provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) as standard. If you require higher-resolution design files, please contact us at sales@ThePackagingTree.com to receive a custom quote.
To ensure optimal print quality, all customer-provided artwork, designs, and images must meet the following requirements:
Every print order requires the customer's explicit approval of the final artwork proof and the job specification sheet before production begins. Upon order placement, these documents will be sent to you via email. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details, including but not limited to:
ThePackagingTree.com is not liable for any specifications or requirements beyond what is documented in the final specification sheet. We strongly recommend printing the proof at 100% scale to verify actual positioning, spelling, and all design elements before granting approval.
Once approved, the design file and job specifications are forwarded to production and printed as-is. No further modifications will be accepted after approval.
Screen-based proofs are intended to represent design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement not color or ink density. ThePackagingTree.com is not liable for color discrepancies between screen proofs and final printed products. Additional factors that may affect color appearance include:
Color reproduction accuracy is guaranteed to be within 90% of the approved final proof. For precise color matching, customers may order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge.
The paper and card stock used in our standard products are not food-grade certified. If your project has specific food-grade packaging requirements, you must communicate this in writing before placing your order. Contact our team to discuss food-safe material options.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThePackagingTree.com, its licensors, content providers, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
(i) Your breach of any provision of these Terms of Service;
(ii) Any suit, claim, or demand relating to text, photographs, images, graphics, or other material you incorporated into your Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
